BOARD of DIRECTORS
I had the extreme pleasure graduating in the SMUD 4 cohort with some of the most talented individuals I have had the pleasure of coming across. I am the Director of Education Channels for one of the largest global cybersecurity companies. I value diversity as I work every day with commercial partners and academic partners across 78 countries. My cohort was diverse in age, education, careers, gender, ambitions, and ethnicity - there was so much to learn and enjoy within the program curriculum and from my cohort who truly became an extension of family.
I worked two jobs during my MBA for Executives program while raising two daughters with my wonderful husband. There is nothing we cannot accomplish if we have a passion for learning.
I currently work at Intel as a finance consolidator in the Corporate Services division. I have also worked in the Treasury department managing M&A activities and in the Sales & Marketing division as a finance project manager.
Beyond my career at Intel, I own and operate a real estate development & management company. I also sit on the board for the Hirani Family Foundation & Lead the Intel Veterans Organization.
Prior to my professional career, I served in the US ARMY. I completed 2 combat tours and was deployed with the 173rd.
I graduated from the VSP 2 cohort in 2013. As your Treasurer, I am committed to managing the OEMBA’s assets with the utmost care and leveraging resources to pull together phenomenal networking opportunities and events!
Hello! I’m a part of SMUD 1, the original SMUD cohort, and serve on the board planning events and writing for our OEMBA newsletter.
As a strategic planner and project manager in Sacramento County, I work in cross-system child and family services. In my current projects with the County’s Probation Department, I have coordinated a multi-agency planning process in order to implement services for both commercially sexually exploited children and dually-involved youth, and to help provide both groups with appropriate services and support.
Completing the Executive MBA program and serving on the OEMBA board has sharpened my skills and provided an amazing network of diverse professionals as well as some really wonderful friends. I especially enjoy connecting our network with the local start-up community. It feeds my inner entrepreneur and gives me the opportunity to facilitate cross-system work and spark creative ideas.
My goal as a board member is to keep you connected with events that are useful, engaging and fun. We board members love it when we can connect you with contacts, business partners and jobs. Please contact us when you want to celebrate a success or seek help in achieving success.
During the Brand Management course in the Intel 9 Cohort, we were asked to create our personal brand. Mr. Process: Bringing Order From Chaos is my trademark. My profession for several decades as a Program Manager was helping to create billions dollars of revenue for complex projects beginning at conception. Product development is a team sport and the best part is working with really intelligent people from multiple disciplines with various backgrounds. The goal is to bring these skills, experiences, and enthusiasm to the board. Earning the MBA from Sacramento State was extremely enjoyable as the limited time for each class in the cohort environment required focus and teamwork. Looking forward to having the same experience with you as we keep the Forever Cohort . . . Forever.
When not bring order from chaos, we enjoy traveling. While traveling, we generally are doing activities like hiking, biking, and golfing. I hope someday to bring skill to my golf game. Unfortunately, bringing order from chaos on a golf course requires PHYSICAL skill…

I am a proud member of the Intel lucky 13 cohort (graduation - July 2019). I do believe that OEMBA is a great platform to connect the alumnus of this wonderful Sac State EMBA program and I am happy to get a chance to contribute towards it. And maybe improve my connections as well in the process.
I work as an application administrator at client-site Blue Shield of California in El Dorado Hills. I did my bachelors in engineering in India and later worked on various software roles there, before arriving in USA, a decade back. I also volunteer my time for a humanitarian organization -"Art of Living" which conducts meditation and stress free living workshops.
I'm a proud member of the Sutter 1 cohort which graduated in 2016. I’m happy to be joining the board and hope to develop and broaden my connections within the OEMBA community. I’m interested in finding new ways to share knowledge and “virtually” support others within the network.
I am the Director of Operations Compliance & Controls at the California Independent System Operator. I’m also on the Parent - Teacher Organization Board at Lakeview Elementary in El Dorado Hills in the Communications role - maintaining the PTO website, Facebook page, calendar and email blast communications.
